I have been asked by a few artists about this gallery.

Like most on this site I have received an email inviting me to present some photos of my works etc…

I have done my research. On Google, PAKS gallery is described as a Vanity gallery.

What is a vanity gallery?

They ask to the artists payment for exhibiting with them.

The revenues of the gallery come from charging artists rather than selling to collectors

Having them on your CV do little as a recommendation for your achievements, except having more vanity galleries inviting you too.

My advice: never get excited about an invitation. Make your research before being taken in a web of your money being taken away.

Your are selling your Art work, created with a lot of belief in yourself. Don’t let it go for

others to fill their pockets
